not to party in this case (because there's plenty of it anyways), but for fair grading. first time ever for me that I appealed to a grade. Found myself in that situation after getting back the exam from Management Consulting. I was really surprised that I haven't passed this one (by a mere 4 points) but after decent preparation to build my case the other night and some hours of sleep I was off to the lion's den. I gave my opening speech, fired away my arguments and finally nailed the responsible guy. Just like Kevin Lomax. Not 4 more years, but 4 more points in my case and there we go - next stop Volksanwalt :-) BTW, Ceterum censeo Carthaginem esse delendam.
